Webkinz World starts their 4th year and lots of excitement is in store for all Webkinz Fanz!  Brand New Room Themes are coming up for this new year and great new ways to play with our pets!  Updates will be made to our favorite areas too.  We love scavenger hunts and contests and special events like the Winter Fest 2009 that’s just a few short weeks away.  Webkinz Day is always a fun celebration with gifts from Webkinz World.  I’m hoping to see more Super Beds offered this year and more Exclusive items too.

More product lines will be cropping up at your retailer too like this child’s sized Valentine’s Tee.  The KinzClothes Tee come with a Feature Code that you can unlock in the Code Shop to win a Webkinz T-Shirt Giftbox so you can dress your virtual pet the same!  Also the Stripy Toque, Argyle Sweater and Purple Layered Tee are in stores now.  Each comes with a Feature Code that unlocks a KinzStyle bag.  You can go to the KinzStyle Shop and buy clothes for your virtual Webkinz Pet that you can’t buy anywhere else in Webkinz World.

Webkinz eStore is selling the Alchemist’s Stove, Elephant Charm, Plumpy Charm,  animated Zingoz Tree and Fire Fawn.  All of which we’ve seen before, so nothing new here today.

Webkinz WinterFest 2009 is coming to Webkinz World on January 12 and lasts until January 18.  If you see a floating snowflake, click on it and win a fabulous gift that you can only get during Winter Fest.  Some gifts you’ve seen before but  some WinterFest gifts are brand new this winter!  The falling snowflakes will float through the webkinz pages randomly throughout WinterFest but mostly at the top of the hour.  You can be playing a game in the arcade, you can be in your webkinz room or just cruizin’ through My Page and you’ll see a flying snowflake.  Just like the Pet of the Month Medalion that floats across the page.  Just click on it for a great gift.  These make good gifts to trade at the Trade Shop or great gifts to Kinzpost your friends in Webkinz World.  So don’t forget to login to Webkinz during Winterfest and stay a while to win!

Here’s what we won in years past during Winterfest 2007.  Our Webkinz Polar Bear Nanuk is modeling the Snowy Blue Toque, blue Snowflake Sweater and Moccasins.  We also won the Winterfest Snow cone!

Webkinz World is releasing 9 new Webkinz in January.  Pictured here are 8 of them playing in the snow.  What is the ninth surprise Webkinz going to be? Is it the Lil’Kinz Lamb?  The Webkinz Love Monkey isn’t pictured here but maybe that’s for February.  So here we see the Webkinz Emperor Dragon, Webkinz Groundhog, Webkinz Chimpanzee, Webkinz American Golden, Lil’Kinz Canary, Lil’Kinz Purple Goldfish, and Webkinz Grey Owl.  The front page of the Kinzville Newspaper mentions 9 releases but they only mention 7 in the article but the picture shows 8.  The 8th one being the Webkinz Key Lime Dino.

I’m trying to figure out how to split my text with a partial sentence on the first page, then continue the rest of the post on another page.  This would have come in handy when I posted the pictures of the Webkinz Christmas Presents.  I didn’t want the pictures to show up on the front page incase a reader wanted to wait until Christmas Day to be surprised when they opened their gift box.  I’m now testing the “Split Post with MORE Tag, so here goes.  We’ll see if this works or (more…)

Can’t get in to Webkinz World today?  Just like being stuck at the airport due to blizzards and icy conditions.  Can’t get to Grandma’s house because the roads are drifted shut?  Keep trying, be patient, servers are overloaded.  Webkinz World is Full today and this is to be expected and happened last year and the year before too.  Lots of new member are trying to login as well as existing members trying to get their Christmas Gift from SantaKinz.  The Happy Holiday Card will be in your mailbox

Webkinz Servers are overloaded on Christmas day and it’s very difficult to login.  The Webkinz Elves are probably not at the workshop today since SantaKinz has already left the building with his sack full of toyz for all the good little boyz and girlz.  But be patient, login in later or tomorrow.  Lots of adoptions are probably taking place in Webkinz World today and all Webkinz World members are trying to login to get their Christmas Gift that SantaKinz left and the chances of getting in are slim to none but try again.  The “please wait” message came up for me and just stayed there for several minutes until I gave up.  Now I can’t even get the login page to load.

Webkinz Love Monkey arrived just in time for Christmas!  This pink heart speckled Love Monkey is a new release and I was quite surprised to see him at the store so soon.  He’s a Seasonal Webkinz Pet and due out for Valentines Day but there he was.  I actually bought 2 so I could Kinzpost my BFF Deborah the Love Monkey Armchair and Blushin’ Banana Bread as a Christmas Gift.
