1/4/2008 Answer Quizzy’s WhizKinz Daily Bonus Question and win 10 KinzCash! There seems to be a glitch in Quizzy’s Question Corner this week. Answer the Daily Bonus Question as many times as you like by going back and forth from the Newspaper to Quizzy’s Corner found in the “Things To Do” pull-up menu. The question remains the same, so it’s a no brainer to win the W10 everytime you go back. The Trivia Calendar pays 5KC and starts from day 1 each time you go back and forth. A great way to earn some fast KinzBucks!

Webkinz Collie, Webkinz Pink Pony and Webkinz Black Fresian were all outside in the snow covered backyard today admiring the new Crystalline Pond that their newest friend the Lil’Kinz Golden Retriever recieved as a Pet of the Month gift this month. Dutch Cocoa was so sleepy he decided to take a nap in the Blue Wagon! Isn’t that too cute? The Pink Pony Chaps and Buffie the Collie giggled listening to Dutch Cocoa snoring.

KinzPost Christmas wrapping paper, Holiday greeting letter and Christmas decorations for letters are gone. They were there this afternoon. Maybe I found a glitch. I sent my Best Friend Elizabeth a present and a holiday letter. Wish I would’ve taken a screen shot!

The Pet of the Month Program Details. I found this today in Webkinz Bulletinz. It will clear up questions you may have had about the adoption of your new Pet of the Month. There were some glitches and they have been fixed. Follow the instructions below if you still have not received the gifts from your loot bag. Following is what Ganz has written in the Webkinz Bulletinz: We are happy to announce that the Webkinz Pet of the Month program is underway! Webkinz Frogs are hopping with joy all throughout Webkinz World. We have had a lot of questions about the program and would like to clear them up. First, we had a problem when the program was first launched where some members did not receive their Pet of the Month Loot bag. This problem was fixed and most members who were affected got their prizes as normal. To ensure you receive yours, select your newly adopted Webkinz Frog, then log out, log in, and go to your Pet’s Room. If this does not solve your problem, do not worry, we will be running a script during our overnight maintenance (at 2 am EST, Oct. 3) to award the missing prizes directly to your dock. If you have not adopted your Pet of the Month yet, the problem has been completely fixed. Now on to the questions:

1) What do you get for adopting a Pet of the Month?

When you finish adopting your Pet of the Month, and you go to your pet’s room, you will receive a Loot Bag. Click on the Loot Bag and it will open to reveal your prizes! You will receive:

One random*** Pet of the Month Item not available anywhere else!
One of our latest special recipe foods. Many of these recipes are still undiscovered!
A W-Shop Coupon to use however you’d like
Between 500 and 1000 KinzCash as a special bonus!

Note: If you adopt multiple pets at the same time, you MUST select each pet from the My Pets page to get their Loot Bag. ***SPECIAL NEWS FOR COLLECTORS: If you adopt multiple Pet of the Month pets on the same account, you will NOT receive duplicates! We will look at your account, find an item you don’t have, and award it to you! Note that if you sell or trade an item, you won’t have it anymore, so you may get it again. Also, if you have all nine items, you will of course get a duplicate.

2) Does the Webkinz Tree Frog/Spotted Frog/etc. count as a Pet of the Month?

No. Only the Webkinz Frog, as shown on the Pet of the Month page, is eligible for the Pet of the Month gift. You must adopt the specific pet shown on this page.

3) Does the Lil’ Kinz Frog count?

No. Only the full-sized Webkinz Frog. Note that we WILL be having Lil’ Kinz as our Pet of the Month in the future. Some months we’ll even have two or more Pets of the Month! Stay tuned!

4) Will you be making more Pet of the Month items?

We sure will. We’ll be making new ones on a regular basis, just like our regular Exclusive items.

5) Do I still receive my regular pet adoption gift box?

You sure do. The Pet of the Month Loot Bag is a special bonus on top of everything you regularly get for adopting a pet.

6) Once I get the gift, is there anything else special about the Pet of the Month?

There sure is! We’re pleased to announce PET OF THE MONTH EVENTS! All month we’ll be running special events for members who have adopted the Webkinz Frog AT ANY TIME. As long as there is at least one Webkinz Frog on your account, regardless of when it was adopted, you will be able to play in these special events. Watch Today’s Activities for more info!

7) When will you announce next month’s pet of the month?

We will be announcing the pet of the month for November on October 17th, and then future pets will regularly be announced in the middle of each month.
