Update on Webinz eStore Code Glitch
It’s mid afternoon the day after I didn’t receive my Webkinz eStore Feature Codes. I FINALLY got a response from Ganz. My last email went to the address below:

Here’s the reply I got back from customer service:
“Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry.
You emailed us about an issue you had with your recent Webkinz eStore purchase.
We recently incurred some technical difficulties with regards to purchases made at the Webkinz eStore. The issue has now been resolved and you can find your feature codes for your new exclusive items below.” (Yes, the were attached)
“We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to your continued business.
Thank you,
Webkinz eStore Support”
Now I’m off to try the feature codes. Wish me luck. They better work!
