My BFF Deborah sent me some Spiky Sedge Soup on Monday this week! (We always send each other the Pet’s Special Food when we adopt a brand new pet. It’s our way of letting each other know we’ve adopted a new Webkinz Pet! She’ll invite me over soon to see her new Santa Sleigh.) I was shocked that she was able to purchase the Reindeer so early! Webkinz World announced the release of this seasonal pet on Thursday. I wonder how Deborah is able to find her Webkinz pets so early. She always has hers way before I can buy mine at the store and before they’re announced in Webkinz World. My retailer probably won’t have the Reindeer Webkinz in stock until the week before Christmas! (She finally got her shipment of Webkinz Black Cat’s this week! What’s with that? And she’s even a “Gold Customer”! Go figure.) I’m secretly hoping my husband has ordered one for me and will surprise me with it soon. I always tell him when Deborah has adopted a Newly Released Webkinz.

I’m so glad we don’t have to go to our rooms anymore to open our mail! You’ll notice now the small mailbox in the lower right corner of your dock next to your KinzChat Phone. If there’s a number on your mailbox, you’ve got mail in the mailbox! Click on your little mailbox and a menu will open to show you if you received a package or a letter! You can also view up to 10 already viewed letters or packages. If you don’t have any mail the mailbox door will be closed and the flag down. Although I’ve noticed that the flag is still up and the door is closed but there is no new mail. Maybe it’s because there’s already viewed mail still there?
