You Blew it Webkinz World! Retailer Fuming.
Webkinz World has gone nuts with too many new releases. My retailer is fuming at the amount of brand new Webkinz Products due out this summer. She has to order these items now is a down economy and particularly slow season and spend big bucks when her customers aren’t buying! The Series 3 Trading Cards must be ordered now plus a new line of Kinz Style Clothes and the release of 2 dozen Series 2 Webkinz Figurines! Not to mention the eleven new Webkinz pets. How many of you collected all Series 1 Webkinz Figurines and unlocked all the prizes for Series 2 Trading Cards? Raise your hands. Hmmmmm…..not very many. That’s what I thought. I don’t think Ganz fore saw the economy taking a nose dive and is now flooded with all these products, since they had contracts and couldn’t stop production. Being the super collector that I am, I just can’t justify collecting this next batch of Webkinz Products when this money should be going in my gas tank! Sorry Ganz but the buck stops here. You blew it!
The Webkinz Striped Snake, Toco Toucan, Crocodile, Leopard Lizard and American Cocker Spaniel have been retired! I’m glad I bought the Webkinz Striped Snake when I did. Webkinz Toco Toucan and Webkinz Crocodile aren’t even on the shelves in the stores and they’re retired??? What’s with that???
I’m not sure what maintenance the wizards are doing in Webkinz World. I’ve been able to get to my account during the times they said they’d be down and I haven’t seen any changes. I was really hoping to see more construction on the new Clubhouse but it looks half finished to me. I’ll keep checking back throughout the day for exciting new updates in Kinzville.
